‘5 Minute Whip It Up’ Homemade Skin Nourishing Masks for Dry-Oily Skin
Making these nourishing face masks is very simple and it will take few minutes. So here are 4 homemade nourishing face masks for all types of skin and it will make your skin incredibly soft & healthy.
1. Multani mitti mask
Ingredients
2 tablespoon multani mitti
1 teaspoon of almond or olive oil
2 tablespoon raw milk
1 tablespoon fresh orange or lemon juice
Direction
First of all mix multani mitti with raw milk and fresh orange or lemon juice, then add almond or olive oil in it. Mix these ingredients properly to make fine paste. Apply this face pack on your face for 25-30 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Repeat this procedure 4 times a week for amazing results.
After washing your face, apply 1 teaspoon of honey on your face as extra moisturizing effect because after applying face mask, skin may be dry for few minutes, so in order to keep skin moisturized apply honey for 5-10 minutes, and wash off with normal or warm water.
2. Orange Yogurt Mask
Ingredients
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 teaspoon olive or almond oil
3 tablespoon fresh orange juice or puree
1 teaspoon raw honey
Procedure
Mix plain yogurt with olive or almond oil and fresh orange juice or puree, also add raw honey to it. Mix well and make fine paste. Apply this paste on your face for 20-30 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Apply this face mask 3-4 times a week and you can see soft and moisture skin in 2 weeks.
This face mask is very useful for dull and dry skin; this is the perfect mask for all seasons. Yogurt cleanses and nourishes the skin. The orange contains Vitamin C which is very beneficial in skin nourishment.
3. Besan/gram flour mask
Ingredients
2 tablespoon besan/gram flour
2 tablespoon fresh cucumber juice or puree
1 tablespoon of raw honey
Direction
Add besan/gram flour with cucumber juice or puree, if you are using cucumber puree or paste then add raw milk in it to make smooth face mask, also add raw honey to it. Apply this smooth paste on your face for-20-30 minutes and wash off with normal water.
After washing your face, apply 1 teaspoon of honey on your face as moisturizer because after applying face mask, skin may be dry for few minutes, so keeping your skin moisturized apply honey for 5-10 minutes, and wash off with normal or warm water.
4. Egg yolk & Olive oil mask
Ingredients
Egg yolk
1 tablespoon Orange or lemon or tomato juice
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Direction
Mix egg yolk with olive oil and fresh lemon or orange or tomato juice, also add 1 teaspoon of honey or rose water in it. Mix all these ingredients well together and apply on your face for 30 minutes. Before washing it away, gently massage your face for 2-3 minutes, and then wash off with normal water.
