Sloppy Joe Skillet {Potluck Sunday}

Good morning everyone. I'm so glad to be back on track with Potluck Sunday again. Today I wanted to share a easy dinner recipe with everyone.

This recipe isn't anything new and you have probably seen it on the back of the Bisquick box. I haven't seen it in quite some time, but I do remember when they used to have it printed on the box.

This was actually our first real dinner meal I cooked in our new house. I love Sloppy Joe's, but they can be so messy to eat.

This yummy Sloppy Joe Skillett takes the mess out eating sloppy Joe's. My husband loves sloppy Joe's, but I don't like the hamburger bun part.

Call me weird but I just don't. I do however love the biscuit topped sloppy Joe crust in this skillet recipe.

I did increase the ground beef by half a pound because it just didn't look like one pound would be enough.

 If you are looking for a quick weeknight easy or a meal to please a crowd than this would be the dish. Next time I might try the BBQ Manwich and see how that one compares.

OK now it's your turn, do you have a recipe you would like to bring to our virtual potluck? If so then link up your recipe at the end of this post. Please link directly to your post, not your homepage. Don't forget to include a link back to Mommy's Kitchen so everyone can see all the delicious recipes.

I would like to thank everyone who participates in Potluck Sunday. I hope y'all will take some time and stop by and visit all of these wonderful blogs. I have included in usual fashion some step by step photos. The full recipe is at the end of this post.
