How to peal a pomelo


How to peal a Pomelo :

Step 1
At first we need a knife to cut about 1/2 an inch into the rind.


Step 2
Cut the top of the pomelo off until you can almost see the fruit inside.Dig your fingers underneath the slice at the top (where you cut the cap) and pull each one firmly away.
 


Step 3
Cut through the skin lengthwise around the pomelo. It’s quite a thick skin so you want to cut through quite deeply.


Step 4
 Break it into wedges and serve.
