He is right on the money about blowing all your air out. But whilst it stops water from getting up your nose, not everybody is able to blow air out of their nose as easy as he suggest. The important thing is to make sure you have nothing left to exhale by the time you come to turn your head for the next breath, otherwise your timing is lost.Enjoy
