Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip

Ok, so this is the one thing I couldn't feed Brian at our Thanksgiving dinner, but I saw them selling this at Trader Joe's and just had to make a version of my own with my never ending supply of pumpkin puree from the world's largest pumpkin. This is the simplest thing ever but makes for a unique and tasty fall appetizer.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 container of cream cheese
about 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp or so of cinnamon to taste

Blend ingredients in the food processor and sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top for garnish. It's really that simple. I served this with gluten free crackers but I would bet that apple slices would be a delicious dipper too!
Need a vegan/dairy free version? Try mixing pumpkin with cashew cream instead of cream cheese.
