Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups

Turkey and stuffing is always a great combination. Now you can enjoy turkey and stuffing throughout the year, and not just on Thanksgiving. Today I want to share one of my favorite go to dinner meals, Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups.

This recipe is super easy and only requires a handful of ingredients. Sliced turkey breast, stuffing, turkey gravy and cream of chicken soup. Turkey Roll ups are sliced deli turkey breast filled with stuffing, and topped with a yummy turkey gravy. Easy peasy and yummy all rolled into one.

When making these rolls make sure to use a good quality turkey breast not a pressed. I purchase deli turkey breast or Kirkland's sliced oven roasted turkey breast from Costco. It's sliced semi thick so it's perfect. This recipe is also great around the holidays when you have leftover stuffing/dressing and turkey gravy.

I usually serve these turkey roll ups with mashed potatoes, warm rolls and a vegetable or salad to complete the meal. If you're looking for a weeknight easy dinner I hope you will give this one a try. I have also included a few step by step photos of this easy dish below.

Prepare stuffing according to package directions and set aside. Spoon 1/4 cup or two tablespoons stuffing onto each turkey slice.  Roll up and place seam side down on a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Continue rolling the remaining turkey rolls and place in baking pan.

Prepare the gravy according to packet directions. If you want a heartier gravy add one can of cream of chicken soup in with the gravy. If not just use plain turkey gravy. Pour the gravy mixture all over the top of the turkey rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Remove from oven and let cool. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans and warm rolls.
